Change an appointment

Open My sessions, choose Manage appointment, and send a cancellation or rescheduling request. Free cancellation with a full refund or free rescheduling is available until 24 hours before a paid appointment; later requests go to Eric. Requests do not automatically change your appointment.

Text preferences

Visit Text preferences to save consent or turn texts off. Booking does not require SMS consent. Once texting is active, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for support. Text reminders are not active yet.

Call help

Open call setup from your confirmed appointment up to ten minutes before its start, enable your microphone and camera if needed, and press Join. Check your selected speaker and microphone if you cannot hear each other. Keep devices apart or use headphones during a two-device test.

Privacy and account requests

Use Account settings to request permanent account deletion without emailing support. Accounts without unresolved appointments or payments are normally removed within minutes; requests needing review or technical attention are completed within seven days, with email confirmation. Email us for access, correction, or other help with project information. We may ask you to verify your identity. See the Privacy Policy and Terms & SMS Terms.
